Four answers.
One track.
Each answer points to one of the three real training tracks. Highest score wins. No email, no account, no sales sequence.
Training finder quiz
What do you want most in the next few months?
A routing tool, not an assessment. Ask a coach before starting.
Simple
scoring.
Four questions, three possible answers each. Every answer adds one point to a track. The track with the most points is shown.
- 01
Answer what sounds like you
Not what you think you should say. The quiz is trying to route you, not flatter you.
- 02
Highest score wins
Each of the four answers scores one point for one track. No weighting, no hidden tie-breaker math.
- 03
Call with the name
“I want to ask about MMA conditioning” is a better phone call than “I saw your website.”
score(track) = number of answers pointing to that track result = highest score tie = first track in this order: weight loss, athletic performance, MMA conditioning
The quiz does not assess injuries, experience, or readiness. If something hurts, tell a coach — and a doctor if it is sharp.
Fair
questions.
Is this an assessment?
No. It is a routing tool. It helps you pick the right word to say when you call. A coach still has to see you move and hear what you want.
Do I have to enter my email?
No. There is no email field. The quiz runs in your browser and saves only the last result in local storage.
What happens if two tracks tie?
The track listed first on the site wins. That is a design choice, not a judgement about you. Call and describe what you want; the coach can override a quiz.
Can I change an answer?
Yes. Use Back before you finish, or Start over after the result.
Say the
track.
Call and ask about the track the quiz gave you. The coach can tell you whether it fits.
